You've pretty much answered your own question.
FXDL bars will keep you hunched over the tank, unless you put 6-10 inch risers under them. Or go with Mini Apes or Full apes. The Mini's had just the right grip angle (bout the same as the FXDL), a taste wider, and a whole lot higher. Swing them forward a bit and your wrists will feel at home. I've only got a 70 inch reach. Longer arms aint gonna be happy with them

 

you have a 70 inch reach???? damn thats gotta be tough going through life with arms that are 6 feet long.....must be cool being able to change the lighbulbs in the stairwell without a ladder though (j/k)
