Default Another Dyna to Road King thread.

Well, after 2 years, 39,000 miles, many a long haul trip and daily rides............the Superglide Custom is travelling a different road than I am.

I just got back from putting a deposit on a 2010 Road King Classic. Should be in the driveway early next week.

The Superglide is an awesome machine and I rode the heck out of her. I feel like I'm giving away the family dog.

I need to roll 1000 miles this weekend so I can bring her in with an even 40,000 on the clock.

Thanks to all in this forum, I have learned much.

At least you gave the glide a really good work out before switching it up.

Nothing to be sad about when you have 40k on the clock and about to get a new bike in the stable.

Don't replace ... add! Hoping to add a Road King to the garage down the line myself.

Thanks, I appreciate that. Those numbers are comparable to what I feel would be an acceptable deal for me. Maybe slightly less bottom line as Super Glide is a 2009.

Yea, I'm good with the numbers. The trade does have high miles compared to most 07s.

I could have gotten a deal on an 09 that was the same color, but everything I've bought for vehicles has always been a leftover or non current. I decided that I wanted a 2010. The budget was right, so it's going to be a cash deal.

Now if the phone would ring so they can tell me it's ready to go.........
