Anybody know of any good sized floorboards that will mount to the highway pegs on my Bob? Some say floorboards would ruin the look but I think they look purposeful and utilitarian not to mention comfy as hell. Just look at the new bobber on the cover of the dragspecialties catalog.

 

Floorboards on a Bob? Any pics of that? It seems the Bob is Harley's chopper in a way. I can't see it. Just dosen't seem right.

 

I'd like to see them, under my feet, on a 500 mile ride.

 

I'd have to agree...get some heel rests...otherwise shoulda went with a heritage or a road king...but it is your bike.

 

One last bump, anybody got any real responses to my question as to what might fit/work? Thanks

why dont you mount the switchblade pegs kuryakyn makes... there a wide peg with fold out healrests
should work for your big stinkin carolina feets[sm=burnout.gif]

 

Check these out from J & P. I've got them on mine in place of footpegs for the forward controls and they work really well. I can't see why they wouldn't work in place of highway pegs also.

Heres a shot of Kuryakyns on my Bob.. As you see I left the mids on also.. Lets you really move your feet around on long trips

The Kuryakyns i have really are usefull, can be moved up, dn, fwd, or back.. Easy to set up for your reach...
