O.K. some help here....I found PN#80794-10 SE shorty duals in slash down, black on the HD website in the motor accessories section 2010. To me they look good, but sort of expensive. I wonder if anyone has them and if they sound good. Harley says in their description that they will hear you coming... that statement is open to various interpretation... does anyone out there have them yet and if so what do they sound like?? I have an' 09 FXD made for California and as some of you know the mufflers sound like a sewing machine. Alot of the guys on here like the Rush slip ons and they have a 2.0 baffles and come in black now and Rush also has black shields for the header pipes. For me it will be one or the other because of the perfect storm brewing here in California over emissions, sound and inspections... Harley is emphasizing the stamp on the muffler to show EPA compliance and California, to the best of my knowledge, has a law on the books that any aftermarket pipe is illegal here (but does not OFTEN enforce it). If I do Rush and get a fix-it ticket I'll put the stockers back on to pass. I'd do the new Harley SE if they were loud enough (and avoid the ticket). Hey, I know...it's only money, but I don't want to get another ding in my sense of freedom dream. TIA
