Yep. They make the ME880 in a 170 17". Try it...you'll like it!

I've been riding the Avon Venoms for a bunch of years now. (Wish my stock Dunlops wore out faster since it is a major performance upgrade.)

Recently put a new set on mu '00 FXDL and was able to squeeze in a 150.

Great tires (or tyres as they say in Great Britain).

Read that the ME880 170mm is actually skinnier than the stock 160mm by 8mm! Can that be right? If so, I'll do the Avon's.

I have run the venom r's for years. Great tire. I had one problem with a wobble in the front called Avon and they sent me a new one with paid postage to send the old one back.

I've owned Harleys since the 70s, when they came on Goodyears! I have tried different brands of tyres, but always end up with Avons. They often recommend higher pressures than in your manual, so go to their website to check for your bike, where you can check what tyres they recommend.

After a lot of searching I too went with Avon Venom but up front in 110 size, certainly fills the empty spaces..running a SE 180 on the rear.. : )

I run a Venom 180 in the rear and a 120 up front. Have 7,000 miles on them so far with tread to spare. Excellent ride; great performance.

Switched from the Dunlop E3s to the Venom X on my Goldwing...Major improvement...not only do they handle better, they don't sing. I can't wait to put some on my Ultra.
