Shock Adjustments ??

Used a strap wrench on my '06 Low Rider and it worked fine. Would have been easier if I had a jack.
On mine you can see the load setting on the bottom of the shock looking at it from the rear of the bike.
There is band with numbers and an arrow indicating the current setting.

You can look up under the shocks and see where it is now. I think the stock shocks come with 5 settings, or maybe it's 4, but I think it's 5. Looking from underneat the shocks you see, around the shaft of the shock, something that sort of looks like a side view of a circular staircase. Each step is a setting. If you don't see any, it's probably because it's clicked to the max preload. If you do see any steps, count how many you see, add 1, and that's what yours is set on right now.
