Question I want to remove my front turn signals .. need advice

i've read and read and read some more this afternoon about the possible complications of removing my signals. i need to get some clarification if possible.

i have an 09 SB with the factory installed security system. will this in fact mess anything up?

aside from that .. what's the easiest way to pull them out? i'm thinking trace them back to underneath the seat and then cut them at the clip and pull them out from up at the bars.

thanks for the help i need it hah!

I did it to my 07 WG. Unpluged them from under the tank. No problems.

Unplug them and see what happens, worse case I think you may need a load equalizer.

Under the plastic cover under the tank you will find the plugs.

Helps to lift the tank up some but dont have to remove it.

In the middle of the frame under the tank is a plastic panel. Just pop it out and all the wiring harness's are shoved up there.

Here is a picture Mud posted

and what has everyone else done? fished the wiring out or just cut the wiring at the controls?
