That looks awesome, I know what I'm doing over the winter!!
How involved did the "mods and tweaks" get? Just trying to get an idea if this is something I can do by myself in my garage or if I need to take it to my Dad's and have him help me out.

There is a golden bracket on the inside of the fat bob fender that you need to drill out one side of it for the bolt to hold the rear turn signals.
install turn signal mod.
rewire the turn signals under the fender.
I soldered all of my connections.
I need to find some more of the rubber conduit under the fender to finish the install.

I think they look great brushed. Is it possible to turn chrome into a brushed look? The only thing that comes to mind is steel wool and a lot of elbow grease but I'm not sure if that is the way to do it...

4 coats of base 6 coats of clear and alot of sanding and buffing to get the texture to match the factory.
