Best forward controls
#11
Kuryakyn not being nice is an opinion and not necessarily a fact. I've had 2 sets and happy with both. Very easy to install if you have basic tools and can follow instructions. I first installed the standard length controls and later changed them out for the extended length controls. The HD controls can be installed as easily as the Kury's if you can find a cover for the mid shifter spline like the one the Kury kit comes with. Otherwise, you'd have to remove the primary cover and remove internal shifter parts and then plug the hole where the spline used to be. I've heard of dealers quoting more for labor to do this than the parts themselves cost. I think both kits retail for about $400 but I know you can get the Kury kit online for about $300 shipped and do the install yourself.
