Default Run Brake Turn Tail Light Conversion

I am wanting to convert my tail lights to brake, run and turn. I know Harley and Kuryakyn both make harness adapters, but I am concerned that since they still use single filament bulbs there may not be a significance difference between brake and run intensity. I am currently looking at an LED module from Bragg Engineering (link below). Any experience with them OR recommendations on best path for me to take?

Please note: This winter, if not sooner, I plan to mod my rear fender and remove the brake light housing... Thanks!

I have the Cycle Vision kit (and so do my riding buds) and it uses the existing bulbs.

There is a significant difference in brake and run intensity.

I run HD's on mine and the Ol Lady's Sporty. Power to the signal light is reduced so the signals dont put out so as much light when in running light mode. The reduced light is still more than the stock taillight. When you hit the brakes or signals, everyone behind you knows it.

I elected to use the red lenses on mine, and the ambers on the sporty. I can pick out the Ol Lady out of a crowd at night. I blend in a bit more, but I'm still pretty damn obvious. You might want to check the regulations about running an amber tail light and brake light. Some states are weird about it.

I have the HD module. Works great and not a high cost item. I have the Kury LED low profile smoked brake light and there is a significant different in brightness between run & brake. Regular Red incandescent bulbs in the smoked lense t/sig/brake/run lights and significant increased brightness when braking on them also.

I had a HD module and it burnt up after a few days when my tire got in the turn signal wires.

Biketronics offers a life time warranty on thiers.

I have it (HD version) and it's pretty bright. You'll be fine.

Have the HD version IIRC it was +- $50.
Works great and I feel much safer/ more visible with them.

IHMO they should be standard equipment.

I just purchased the HD version, 69462-06A. They were cheaper than the Kury version and came with the red lenses... Hard to believe for an MoCo part. I'm moving the rear signals in and this will set them off great! Now, I only need to clean up the rear fender by getting rid of the Rear tail light... Thanks all!!!HD Brake / Running Light + Turning Singal Kit 69462-06A
