hi guys i have a 09 FXDC, seat is kinda cramped, I was thinking about getting an HD Tallboy seat. I have mids on the bike now i'm wondering if this seat would help me be more comfortable.
anyof you guys have a seat like the tallboy or one like it from a aftermarket co.

I have one. It's fuuuuuuuh-gleeeeeeee but comfy. I bought a sundowner and felt cramped, even with forward controls and found someone to trade me for a tallboy. It's better as far as being cramped but I don't care for how it sits me up higher and I don't care for how it looks. I only use it when my wife rides with me. She could not stand sitting on the stock 2-up seat.

 

Also interested in the Tallboy, do you have any pics of it on your bike?

Here's my tallboy. (Small pic, sorry) I'm 6' 7" and it definitely helps lift you up and away from the foot controls. Not the prettiest seat for sure. Plenty comfortable.

 

Gots one on my Fat Bob. Very comfortable but not stylish. Fortunately, my *** is into comfort and not style.

I bought a Low Rider this year and found the stock seat too low for my height so i bought the Tall Boy and was very happy afterwards. I actually like the looks of it, which seems to make me the minority in that view.
