change that to Jim's Cycle Shop has them for $180. I know I can beat that somewhere, I think Dennis Kirk has them for $142.00 but I think I've heard down to $107 somewhere. I can't get the Zanotti's site to take the part number from the catalogs.

I think they took a jump in price this year from what is shown in the catalogs. I went to my local indy. in Feb. and he ordered a set of Cycle Shack tapered ones for $110 and when they came in they were $145 from the suppler. He apoligized but there wasn't much he could do.
I bought they anyway and they sound great.

but Ill try 2 try,

Are you running a SERT? I remember that you mentioned something about it in another post, and that you were fixing to have a Dyno tune done. Well let me know how it goes. I have really got my SERT dialed in pretty good,...thanks to help from JamieWG. I am planning on getting a Dyno run in a few weeks as well. I'm just not sure if it will be worth the extra $$$ right now since its really running pretty good. Im thinking of spending that Dyno money on a new set of drag bars and chrome handlebar controls.

JEB06STBOB, I got them from Dennis Kirk, $142 but it looked like everybody had recently gone up in price on these cause that was as good as I could find. I think Jim's was around the same price now. Some places had them for $180.

jmbear328, After talking with my dealer, I am going with the PCIII. They are a certified PCIII tuner and claim to tune bikes regularly with dynojet equipment. They claim to have some sort of uplink with dynojet where they can have my dyno'd in 45 minutes minimizing cost and wear on the bike itself. I can't wait to pick this thing up with new exhaust, new intake, and new fuel mgmt. That will be just as exciting as getting the bike to begin with. Maybe I'll be able to get the front wheel off the ground.
