Just baught this tire for the front and the avon cobra 190 for the rear. Man that 90/90 looks real nice up front!!
Needed a tire for my Colorado trip. Attended the 2014 Catholic School Girl Poker Run. 1213 round trip ride and some great times. Anyway, I got the parts in and installed a 90/90H-21 Avon front tire and used Dyna Beads to balance. All I can say is that the wider tire and Dyna Beads are amazing. And improved the performance a ton! Buried the speedo on the way up to Denver in staights and smooth as glass! Plus it filled front fender nicely... ~

What kind of mileage are you guys getting on your rear tires. I've not gotten > 5000 with my Screaming Eagle 180s (wide tire kit w/ GT 350) on my 2007 FXDWG. BUT IT REALLY grips.
Supposedly, the wider the tire, the more lean it takes to turn. And the more power it takes to push. I'm going to stick with the 180s unless the port/polish, cams and bore I have planned results in too much smoke.

I got about 7,000 out of my SE 502 and its about shot.
It takes a bit more to get the bike to lean yes but the difference we are talking about is minimal. You start getting above 200 and all the way to a 300, yes turning is not fun.
The difference from the 180 to a 190 will be minimal because of the dunlops being a wide 180 and the avon being a bit more narrow. Would not be surprised if they are about the same width.

Had mine for only a few weeks but I have managed a few mods. I actually feel ashamed because I still haven't removed the reflectors. I have a heat gun sitting on my tool box too! LOL! So far I have the luggage rack, removable sissy bar, front turn signal relocation, magnum shielding cables, and the 12in Fat Mini-Ape bar kit. Oh I threw a new shifter peg cause the stock one was turning my work boot black.
Next I am thinking tank lift, exhaust, headlight, and seat.
