Did you have todo anything to the cabling when you installed the 2" risers?

Nope, the stock cables work with the 2" spacers/risers and made a world of difference in comfort for me. This was the cheapest way I could find to get more rise and pullback without having to mess with switching out the bars or cables. Get someone to hold the bars for you while you install the spacers. The spacers are $48 and the longer bolts were $6.

I got the spacers from Spacerjim.com: http://www.spacerjim.com/HarleySpacers.html

XKnight. Those orange flowers on your front end. I don't think they're gonna catch on man.

I still debating on weather or not to remove mine also. All the safety training we get at work makes you think twice about the little things.
