Nice motorcycle! I've got an '11 FXDWG with SE heavy breather, download, V&H big shots (black) and thinking of powdercoating the shocks and tripple black like you have done. It would match my black mini apes quite nicely. Well done.

INADAZE, Love your bike mate. Great job. What is the bag you have on it and how is it fixed?

Completely changed the handling of the bike. It's so much more stable in turns now! Why the hell a 90 isn't the factory size is beyond me...

The bag is a BAD&G DR02BL with an extra inch to make it 4" wide. Love the bag, but there are a few things that they should have done different for it to be perfect. There needs to be a button or buckle of some kind onf the front edge of the bag to keep the wind out of the bag. You can do a search on the forum, there are a few others that are running their solo bags.

Edit: I just realized I didn't say how it was mounted. There are two leather straps that wrap around the fender strut at the top and one strap at the bottom wraps around the brake caliper mount. I had to loosen one of the screws on the fender to get the leather strap down through.

I also have the same bag, and yeah, wind does get in it, I am thinking about adding some plastic inside for rigidity, it conforms to the shock. can fit a pair of sneakers, a pair of shirts, and a shirt, or a purse (wife) and sweatshirt, not much more. Style +, space -.

the 4" is essential. the extra pocket inside is a nice thing to have, i can put my phone in there without it getting tossed around the bottom with another things i got in there.

but at the end of the day, for $150 or so, you can't go wrong.

Since they will do certain customizations to the bags I bet they would welcome any suggestions and I bet you could order the bag with the buckle on the front if you request it.
