Hey CrustyAngel your bike looks bad ***, is that the stock rake on the front end or is the angle of the picture just make it looked more raked out?? I love the black triple trees and lower forks, thats on my list for the coming winter offseason.

gtsouth, your using the Burly Slammer kit right front and back right? You haven't had the problem of your bleeder on the rear caliper hitting the fender have you?

That's what I would have guessed... How does the ride compare with the fat tire up front now?

Did you get the wheels from HD Wheels? I know you mentioned the hubs.

Last question, I promise... Did you do anything with your stock fender since it's a little narrower than the 120 tire?

Being you wne with a 5.5" rear rim why did you stick with the 180mm and not go to a 200mm? BTW bike looks real nice!!

Yes I have the Slammer Kit installed. The fender has slightly hit the bleeder but not anything for me to worry about at all. The rubber cap is the only thing it seemed to really scrape but even that wasn't bad. I think it depends on how the factory did at aligning the fender as well. If this is a problem for anybody I see it as a very easy fix. You could even give the fender a little pull of push so it clears the bleeder if need be. I don't think anyone would notice. Here is a pic.

I read a couple people saying the handling changes a lot between a 180 and 200, thats why I stuck with the 180... 180 on a 5.5" wheel looks plenty wide for me.

Sounds good, was just curious with the wider rim most go to a 200, but it probably does handle differently. Thanks
