Default Bobtail Fender

Does anyone know if the stock fender off a 2010 Fat Bob (bobtail) would just bolt right onto my 2010 Wide Glide? Can I buy them prepainted - redhot sunglo?

Doublefelix,
Quick solution to vertically mounting your license plate. Take the extension off of the stock plate and then spin it vertically using the two left holes to mount with. I did this the first day I bought my 2010 WG only to find out the next day that its a 1,000 ticket in Florida first time offense so I had to change it back. Stupid a__ law. R/Tripwire

yeah, FL doesn't like it when you mess with plates.

I'm currently looking for the bag/turn signal/plate solution and can't wait to see the setup when someone finally gets it in.

I'll get a few snap shots of my bike soon, nothing crazy just some black controls and black V&H Big Shots Staggered, Air Cleaner, Tune.

Damn I love this bike.

I've got the bags/ turn signal re-location set-up on order and have since 8/25. I'm told by a customer service person at H-D, that they are infact on order and the vendor has a prelimenary date to ship of 9/30. This will probably be backed up a few weeks or so; so I'm ACTUALLY hoping before Thanksgiving.

If anyone else decides to loose the stock sissy bar, let me know how you did it.

It stretched the crap out of my fender and I think it is going to rub the paint off it.

I used rubbers washers to prevent that from happening.

Default Rear rim size

Anybody know the OEM rim size for a 2010 WG? I tried measuring it but am unsure if it's measured from the inside or outside dimensions of the rim. I'm wondering if I can stuff a 190 or 200mm rear tire on the OEM rim or whether I'll need to buy a wider rim and re-lace it.

Thanks, Jon

I haven't seen that problem. Please PM me as well, I'd like to see the damage you guys are experiencing, along with your solution.
