Powder coated front end, shocks, hubs, bars, foot controls
Samson black turn out pipes
S&S tuned intake
PCV (auto tuned)
200 mm tire on 6" rim

With a special paint "do it yourself" or professional work..?

I BOUGHT THE REAR RIM 6"x17" FROM V-TWIN MFG, THEN I LACED IT ON MY STOCK HUB AFTER POWER COATING THE HUB AND RIM BLACK

I just took everything apart and sent the metal parts to my local powder coating shop. You can even have the springs powder coated they come out good and dont chip or crack

HOw is the clearance between your belt and rear tire doing it that way? That is the only thing I am worried about at point....it looks awfully close just stock!

Does it ride or handle any different with the bigger tire?

Here's mine. Nothing major, since they had to replace the heatshield and front brake lever due to my mishap in July I had them switch to the black hand controls and heatshields and the black SE mufflers.
