Has anyone put bars with a lower rise than stock on their bike? I am wanting a set of bars that have a shorter rise and more straight than stock. I would appreciate any pics or info. Thanks

Bars are stock but fatboy risers lowered them enough for me.

I wish they sold the fatboy risers them in black!

I like the look of the Carlini High Roller risers.

You could have the fatboy risers powercoated black and if you notice they are offset to the rear about 1 inch. I just ditched the oem black ones and replaced with the fatboy, they are a direct replacement.

Thanks, Do you know the correct height of the stock risers?

I measured 4" where the riser and handle bar are clamped together and 3" at the base of the handle bars. I think if I go 1 to 1.5 lower that would be what I am looking for. Any lower would cause problems when turning sharp.

Thanks again for the info.

Any one running a PCV with Big radius 2-2 and SE a/c with a Fuel Motto Map? Im running the map dyno jet has on their site, if i would've done more research i would've probably got my PCV through fuel motto just for their map, would fuel motto's maps be better than the maps from dyno jet? I do plan on getting my bike on a dyno but im waiting till i do cams this winter, but until then i would like the closest map i can get with the set up i have.

I love them. They accomplish what I will have to pay to do. As I am a little reach challenged, I plan on installing pull back risers to bring the bars closer. You did it and have the satisfaction of having done so with your own hands. Kudos!

Default Chrome detachable sissy bar, on 2010 WG

My 2010 FXDWG with detachable SissyBar (which required tail light relocation kit) and of course removal of the stock black sissy bar (and it wasn't all that bad of an install to accomplish). BTW, it looks a LOT better without the stock sissy bar, when the detachable sissy bar IS removed! NOW, I gotta work on changing the exhaust pipes!!
