Haha, touché. After I posted, I realized that. That will come soon as well. I already have the 21" rim to do the conversion from 19" to 21", just a matter of not wanting to lose ride time.

guys i don't want to sound stupid or ask a stupid question but i have to lol now i don't want my parts to matte black all gloss, and i don't know much about painting so am i still getting these parts powdered coated? i just don't want to tell someone hey powder coat this and i get them back and it's wrong... and does it matter that my parts now are chrome, bike came with it and it's just too much chrome for me
Don't worry about the chrome. The first thing they do is blast all that off down to bare metal or at least they should or the powder job will suck ***.
Painting is easy too though. Try it on the battery band and horn cover. It will hold you down until this winter. I would definitely have the trees and fork legs powdered though. Very durable stuff!

My 2012 is 3 weeks old today, but I've removed some of the factory parts for aftermarket black ones. I swapped the air intake for a Kuryakyn black skull one with the K&N filter. I changed the horn cover to a black skull. I swapped the bars for some 18 inch black apes. Last, but certainly not least, I swapped the pipes for Vance and Hines Big Radius 2 into 2 pipes...in black.

Yeah the more I do the more I notice the stuff that isn't done. I'm painting my bike that red that comes on the 2012 models. It's going to look great with the black and satin contrast.

Nice
First post- I know it has been said many times on this thread, but there are some **** bikes on here. Special thanks to big kid for giving me the push over the edge and getting me in the game with these pictures. Picking up my 2012 Wide Glide tomorrow.
Also I need to get to five posts.

Updated shot of my 07 SB, Painted a couple things, removed strut covers recently and got my 180 ND rear rubber on today.
When funds allow I'm hoping to get get some gas cap covers, re-install mids, probably with highway pegs not sure yet and get some mags. I've also contemplated a bar change. (Apes were on when I got it, I'd like em to be around 2" shorter maybe get some T-bars..)
Thought about rattle canning the rocker covers but I want to wait for now because if I do the fork lowers and put black bars I think the contrast may be nice.
It's coming, just slow cause I'm a poor white boy.
