I have both.Like the h-d for bad weather or real long rides. The windvest is much smaller 14"x14" and takes the wind off your chest.
I'll use the windvest 4-500 miles a day,80-85 mph no prob.Looks a hell of a lot better than the h-d also.Pics posted earlier.Around town,I don't use either.

Which windvest did you get (part #). Also, does it keep some of the stuff off your face? Mako

I'm seriously thinking about a windshield myself. Went riding yesterday here in Rapid City SD. 50 MPH wind + 70 MPH speed equals.... well, hell it was real windy. Is the Memphis Shades windshield quick disconnect?

I'm not sure how the other QD windshields are but I would say no the Memphis shaded is not QD. Although all it will take is the removal of four allen screws to get it off. Plus when it is off it is off, no hardware will be left on the bike what so ever.

im trying to find a windshield that doesnt kill the chopper look on the bob.

I don't want my bob to look like those big Cops bikes. When ppl look at my bike i want them to see the bike not the a wind shielded bike.

Ordering the right shield is a pain, cuz you dont see how it looks until you have it.

The 14 inches Winvest for the Bob #10-1055C seem quite large.

Anyone have any picture with the #10-1055C installed
