1000 miles in...
Well about 1K ago I finally put new tires on my scoot. Being short on cash I bought Shenko 777's (Shenko the tire formerly know as Yokohama).
Well I'm impressed... The front tired still has the nipples on it and the rear just looks ridden on. And they handle Awesomely!. I rode through some of the hardest rain I've ever ridden in and they felt great then as well. Amazing in curves, wet or dry. They handle and feel 10 times better than the Dunlops, easily.
Any one looking for a bargain tire with the right stuff on the road I for sure say so far so good.
I did go with the 90/90 front over the 80/90 and the 140/90 over the 130/90 in the rear. The front fits well and looks awesome but the rear barley fits... I had to do a little fender adjustment so that it doesn't rub, but you cant tell at all.

Nice WG Dank...
I'll tell you in my opinion the Shenko's prices will not stay that low once people start using them. They already have more expensive models. I actually scraped a peg for the first time yesterday, went into a curve that seemed like a regular curve, and it was, it just kept going and going. So I had to really lean it hard other than a moment of it being surprising and yes a little scary, I never slipped a bit.
If I get decent total miles out of them I've found my new tire...
