Sissy bar upright and pad

Bob,
go with the low sissy bar as a minimum or you'll have nothing but nightmares trying to keep your bar mounted luggage strapped on. The 4 bar rack looks good, but its a bit too narrow. The 5 bar is a much better bet in the long run. I run Dowco's "Iron Rider" stackable luggage, and the bottom bag sags a little on the 4 bar. But then, I've also written a new chapter to making the "Beverly Hillbillys look" actually look cool.
And dont use the touring backrest just to make the little lady happy if you're planning on loading luggage at all. It just dont work worth a damn.

Seems the big thing for signal relocation right now is to use the Heritage/Deluxe signal bar. With a little modification, it fits under the tail light, sucks the signals in close, and really cleans up the back of the bike. Looks good whether you're set up for touring or the lean-mean-nasty look.
