Default Engine work in NC, 95" work

I got offered a new job today so for those of you who might remember me saying I would be moving for work and selling my bike that probably is NOT going to be happening if I accept the new position. That said, it's time to turn the Bob into a serious machine. Anybody know of any QUALITY HD dealers in the central and eastern North Carolina area that have good 95" packages that they are experienced in installing. I don't want compression above 9.5:1, cause I want it to last and be rideable. Also I like a long flat torque curve. So any info on 95" packages and any NC dealers with experience will be appreciated.

Kendall Johnson has a shop in Winston Salem, that's pretty much in the central part of the state. While there go next door to Ted's Famous Kicken Chicken, bike night is Thrusdays

Yeah, I'm definitely familiar with Kendall Johnson. That would be like taking your guitar to Jimmy Page's house and asking him to restring it.
