I was curious if anyone knows of a manufacturer that makes a solo rear rack for a fat bob? I would like to get one but can't seem to find anyone that makes one.

 

Would this one fit a fat bob? I can always have it chromed.

Motherwell has a couple $90 fender mounted racks that fit, but has a 10 lb limit. I'm not sure if anyone bent their fender with one of these. You can search the forum for motherwell and there will be photos of it on the FXDF.

The wider rear fender makes for a tough fit. Has anyone tried bending/modifying a detachable solo rack to fit a wider fender?

Some here have assembled detachable side plates, a FXDF sissy bar and the FXDF luggage rack harley sells, and use it as a solo rack. I think over $300 in parts. On the other hand the solo rack is not cheap either.

 

I looked in the site, I saw only one. but it didnt reference the FB. im confused.

 

Check the Dyna for sale section. I have one I don't need anymore.

I have the rear rack the goes with the flare of the bobtail? Is that what your talking about? Im so confused...lol
