A few of us on this forum have been working on getting together this Summer. Everyone on the forum is welcome. Here are the details:

We'll be meeting at Pine Springs Resort. It is on the west side of Hwy 97 about 7 miles(?) North of Goldendale on Satus Pass. We can tent camp there Friday or Saturday night if anyone wants to. But the main thing will be the afternoon of Saturday, August 22nd.

There is a restaurant/bar/store right there.

Unless you camp there or buy food or beer, or whatever, there is no charge.

FYI, the owner, Len, is a great guy and has several bike oriented events every year. Here is the link to his website: http://www.pinespringsresort.net/

I told him I'd keep him posted on roughly how many people, etc., so just post your intentions here and I'll keep track of them.

Would if I could, but I'll be in Alaska that week. How 'bout a 'West Side' gathering in July? The Sun and Surf Run in Ocean shores is July 22-26.

 

I have a wedding the 22nd. If I can get out of it I will be there, but doubt it.

I'm in!! and I would like to tent camp probably sat night because you can't drink and drive home the same day!!

What do you think RICH!!! Since we are coming from way out here! Maybe we can meet up with ACK and FOODOG halfway. I mean if it's on the way!!

 

Tell them you have a work conference to go to?? Because I bet there are alot of us that want to see that bike of your!

 

Oh yeah, I'm staying there that night....

Yeah, we come in like we did last Sat., over on 26 then down 395... FooDog comes down 17 to 395... we meet Rick somewhere there around Kennewick/Richland at a given time, and we all book west on 82 and down 97..... ?

Sounds like fun!
