Me too! The WG rocks!

 

Again, I posted before that I think that was HD's point in the first place. It was to attract all of the "bob" folks over to the WG. Most of the people who are into the factory "bobs" weren't ever into what a WG looked like anyway. I am sure that mixed with the price, the look will sway some poeple over that were originally going to get the [now more expensive] fat bob. I think it will be kinda like "new coke" for those who really liked the original concept on that bike though. Only time will tell.

 

There ya go. That fender fits the FatBob, and the Wide Glide needs the FatBob fender. Maybe there was a screwup in the parts dept?

(not arguing with those that like the new fender, but I like the old one!)

 

I like the rear fender on the new WG, but they should have stuck with the mini apes. I think MSRP is lower because they left a lot of chrome off the 2010 bike. I believe the engine is blacked out, not on the old WG. If I was in the market for a new bike the 2010 WG would be my choice, just add apes. My .02$
