Default Connector behind air cleaner

I noticed there's a small connector that was behind my air cleaner that's not hooked to anything. Should that connector be hooked up? What does it go to? I didn't see a mating connector for it.

I read something on that. Its for european models. Tuck it away. Good times and ride safe.

Good deal. I was reading on the Vance & Hines fuelpack website and they said that some problems were attributed to the tps sensor being unhooked behind the air cleaner and the intake air temp sensor being unplugged. I thought, oh crap, I have a plug behind the air cleaner that's not hooked up! I don't have a fuelpak, just reading about it. Anyhow, thanks!

Yup, as stated: it's for European bikes. Connects into the "active intake" system those bikes have on them.

It also means you can take your bike to Europe.

I thought it was a connector for a diagnostic tool.
