I haven't put the pulley on yet but their website says :
"Installing a transmission pulley with more or less teeth than stock requires adjusting the rear axle forward (for more teeth on sprocket) or
backwards (for less teeth on sprocket).
Rear axle position adjustment for each one tooth change on transmission sprocket = + / - .125 inches (3.2mm).
Rear axle position adjustment for each one tooth change in belt length = + / - .280 inches (7.1 mm).
If there is not enough axle adjustment at the rear frame, it may be necessary to use a belt with more or less teeth than the stock belt."

Search on "6 speed" in that document and you'll find the above information and more. I exchanged email with one of the Andrew's guys and he echoed what the above information said. Since I'm going from 32 to 30 teeth on the transmission pulley I will need to adjust my rear axle back about 1/4". I checked on my bike and I have over 1/2" of adjustment left easily so I can use my stock belt.

How difficult or easy was it to install the tach? Can you post a couple of pictures of it? What brand/model number? I'd love to install a tach on my Street Bob if I could make it look good. Thanks.
