Swing Arm Bag

SH 01 GXDWQG,
I like the electrical cover bag as well..looks good and a very useful location.
Definitely something to consider. Thanks for the link.

The bag is about 3 inches away from the belt and I can only move it to about 1 and 1/2 inches away from the belt by pushing the bottom of the bag toward the belt using about 10 lbs of force. I think it would be fine without the belt guard depending on the stiffness of the bag. Results may vary!
Idea: You could cut a piece of 90 Deg aluminum angle to screw to the bottom of the swing arm, mounting it using the existing belt guard holes. One side of the 90 would be to the swing arm and the other side of the 90 would be on the outside of the swing arm pointing toward the ground. This would prevent the bag from getting even close to the belt and if it was cut correctly the bag would hide this "preventer".

I had moved my tool bag that is slap full to my swingarm for a while. It didn't rattle and if it did, I couldn't hear it. I moved it back because I just couldn't secure it the way I'd like too. It didn't alter the handling at all in my opinion.

When I pack for rallys and I am camping I pack very similar, just reversed. I put my T-Bag on the passenger pad, the the sleeping bag rolled in a top roll bag above it. The tent and other stuff goes on the luggage rack and bungees and a net if needed secure that stuff to the rack and also the D rings on the T-bags. The T-bag makes for a nice backrest...
I have the Tahoe T-bag, it's expensive but worth every penny.
