Careful installing your A/N ASA! I cracked mine twice installing it!Finger tightness is enough on the backing plate,I gave it wrist tighness and crack! Wasn't bad enough I go on in denial and CRACK!! The second bolt hole snapped! I had to RMA it back to california,at least they changed it for me,but postage twice + customs ooooyyyeee!

arlen ness backing plate,after you remove your stock air cleaner assy.the first three bolts to go on are about 2.75" long with a small thread at one end.These will hold the backing plate to you Intake. That is where I cracked the bacling plate. All the instructions are in the box, make sure when it says inch lbs not to go gung Ho like I did and you'll be ok. I'm not sure but use your allen wrench with fingers only. Snug without over-doing it. The locktite will do it's work. You only need a drop on each thread.
