Default Yet another question

If you have a wide glide front end and or a mid glide front end could you please measure the distance between the stems inside to inside for me and post them here.

Thanks so much, Naz

I know the middle of the fork tops on the '06 mid glide measures 8.5" dead center to center in width on the tops of the fork caps. You gonna mount a 16" fatty or what! Do tell, do tell!

I was thinking of putting a 21 inch wheel on it but the real reason is I just don't like the sportster front end... Kinda wish I would have got a fxdwg.

I'm not a big fan of the sportster front ends either..that's why I got a DWG. If you want me to measure mine, I'll do it...but I don't know if it will help you being that mine is an 06. Let me know if you still want me to.
I hope you go ahead with it...I think the upgrade will really look great if it can be done.

I have fork sliders/dust covers on my bike....so I measured between the upper fork legs (above the fender and dust covers) and it measured 8 inches even, inside to inside. Is this what you need?
