Default Dec '06 Safety Recall Notice

fyi...I had mentioned in my introduction that among a few things I need to do to get my bike up and running was address a safety recall issue...I finally located the notice I knew I had around here somewhere...it's dated Dec 7 '06 and relates to '06 model year Dynas built between Jun 17 '05 and Feb 6 '06. It refers to a "battery caddy bolt, part number 4763, which may loosen under normal riding conditions." If this occurs, the battery could shift position, possibly short, cause sparks and possibly a fire...
Thought I'd pass this along for anyone concerned...

Take the bolt out, put some Loctite on it, then put it back in.

Yeah; long overdue for both of those issues. The battery bolt and handlebar recalls were both done on mine before I bought it (recalls # 0126, 1027). I got printouts of those, and all other invoices for the bike from Chester's while I was in Mesa (bike originally delivered from there).
