Fat Cats came today
After much reading I decided on D&D and SE heavy breather for stage 1. They arrived today and look sweet.
This is my first bike. I picked up a 2000 super glide around new years. It was in mint condition with only 3000 miles but... virtually stock.
I haven't done any wrenching in a few years and never on motorcycles but I intend to do all the work myself. I read enough stuff that I'm certain I can get the tune close. I have a service manual and a dealership close by. Hopefully I'll get to it this weekend. Wish me luck!

Another Fatcat fan here. I could not get the stock tapered gaskets to work right with my Fatcat so I tried the SE gaskets and the install was a piece of cake after that. A lot of people do not like the SE gaskets but for $7.95 or whatever they cost you might consider having a set on hand for your install.

this Thunderheader may be getting pulled if I cant get it tuned properly.
Alll the tuners around here say its a pain in the **** to tune that pipe and that it is basically "a drag pipe"
Anyhow....just browsing and hope for that best price link....
