When I get my carbed 02 out for the first ride of the season mine also balks at first. Siphon (oops) remove the old gas, dump it in the ol ladys car. Fill with fresh gas and 3 ozs. of Seafoam to clean out the carb and cylinders. Make sure you push in the enrichener when the engine warms or as it warms up. Put fresh plugs in it helps also. When you store next winter don't forget the Stabil. Good luck.

Second that, probably old gas, put it in "your" car and dilute with new in a bigger tank.
