Mine does it. Doesn't actually move forward because I'm on the brake, but it tries.
Only when dead cold. Also makes a loud clunk going into gear, much more so than the normal clunk. Then shifting gets better and better for next 5 mins.

How many miles you have on it?? I've noticed on my 06 DWG when first riding, when taking off the clutch gets a little grabby. After it gets warmed up, it seems to disappear until the next day. If could just be because the clutch plates are still new... but I'm just guessing here.. The next time I have mine out, I'll see if it lurches like yours does, but I think I would have noticed that ...

My bike has 300 miles on it. This morning I tried pushing the bike cold, in gear, but with clutch pulled in. Unable to push it. Had to put it in neutral. OR start the bike and "break the seal".
I do notice that when bike is first started, the clutch is very sensitive. i.e., don't have to release it much for the gears to engage. After it warms up, level has to be released about 1/2 way to engage. Another symptom of thick fluid, I think.

My '06 Super Glide does the same thing, however I didn't really notice it until I started a couple of time in gear, because of the loud clunk when put in to gear. At 3900 miles everything works great after I get the bike down the street to the stop sign.

Try this. Hold the clutch in, start the bike. Continue holding the clutch. Wait about 20 seconds, then drop it into gear.
Every bike I've had will do the clunk & lurch if you drop it into gear shortly after starting it. I have phound that if you hold the clutch phor a while phirst, no clunk, no lurch.
