Looks like a lot of irresponsible riding to me...ripping around town, terrorizing the tourists, making a lot of noise.

One fix would be to ride a bike built for higher lean angles.

Another would be to install some carbide feelers on the underside of the pegs.

I like how he mixes the soundtrack and the bike noise so you can hear both.

 

When he says there has to be an answer, I can't help but think, "Yeah, learn to ride."

That said, I do scrape my pegs on a fairly regular basis, but it's rarely an accident and I don't blame anyone but myself.
