I just put some bags on and was wondering what essentials and oddball things I would want to carry in them all the time. What do you guys like to have on hand?

On trips I usually carry the following:
Bungie cords
Pelican case for my phone and wallet
Contact Case
Hat
At least one bandana
clear glasses and sun glasses

My dad has a buddy that likes to carry a can of sterno some matches and a tea pot/bag. If he got caught in a down pour he would pull over get some rain water and make some tea.
