Default EFI remapping info needed

This mapping question for EFI is giving me a headache. I want to put a set of D&D slipons on my 2006 Dyna Super Glide. D&D says no mapping is is needed if I keep a stock air filter on. Also it will run better with a high flow filter no mapping needed. This goes against all the info I have been reading lately that you have to remap if you change any part of your stock pipes or A/C.

Can anyone tell me if remapping is needed for slipons D&D or any brand.

Thanks in advance for any help

You can most likely get by with pipes only. If you change pipes and add a high flow air cleaner, you will need to be able to adjust the ecu.
