Default First oil leak

Well it's not a leak yet but it will be, for now it's just a oil stain. Got almost 800 miles on a 08 FXDC and seen this today. Thinking I will get that taken care of at the 1000mile service. It is a 1.5 hr drive.
It is between the Crankcase and the Cam Cover. In one of the pics you can see the oil pressure switch. Is this a common spot to leak? How hard is it to do this one your self?

I got a stain around the same area (right at the front on the cam cover gasket) at about the same mileage as yours. I cleaned it up real good and it never came back again. I put a couple thousand miles on it with no reoccurance before putting a chrome cam cover on.

Spray it with some simple green. Let sit 5 minutes & rinse. Then see if it comes back.

Mine leaked around the same area, dealer installed a new seal and cleaned it up.
This was covered under warrenty and dealer had no issue doing the work.

I also have a small area like that around the oil pressure switch. If I use the simple green, do you have to dilute it or use it full strength?

I head simple green now makes a formula for aluminum. I'm going to try and find that.

looks more like heel marks from boots or a cable rub to me, if you have less than 1000 miles on the bike your oil isnt black.
