Very cool. Good to see a different approach. I figure what's the point of custumization if it doesn't add a bit of individuality to your ride (I think the banana style seat and grip tassels on my bike sort of sums that up, LOL)

 

The dealer I usually go to had an 09 Bob that I was looking at that had the dark custom derby and cam cover. Looked great. There was one other touch that I liked. With the way some of you are looking at the short shot pipes, they had a black cover that hid the back axle nut.

I know it's small, but really, with that little cover, it really made a big difference on how the bike caught my eye.

Each their own I guess.

Thanks guys. I previously bought black big radius pipes for my 08 (plan to put on the 09). After seeing some of the pictures, I agree that chrome pipes would look better against black covers for contrast. Tweakins bike looks awesome with the chrome. Decisions decisions...
