It will fit, but I would not use it. The older filter does not have an ADBV, which the filter for the TC does. Harley lists the later filter as an "upgrade" for the older, but the older filter is not listed as a substitute for the newer. I think the TC needs the ADBV.

I use Purolator PL10241 it is gold color it has the spec you want(10 micro and other ) for 2003 twin came at great price $5.88 at advance auto. I use it on mine.

Purolator does not list the PureOne PL10241 as a substitute for the OEM Harley filter. In fact, Purolator explicitly warns people NOT to use PureOne filters on motorcycles because they are too restrictive.

Ride an 11' Road Glide with 56,000 miles. Use Purolator PureOne filters ONLY! PL10241. Have been most Happy with this filter, I do Not use synthetic oil but rather Castrol 20-50. Change oil at 3000 miles and filter. Have ridden over 200,000 motorcycle miles without an issue!
Oil filter is $7 at Advanced auto, oil is $16 for 5 qts. at walmart.
