I positioned mine without any setscrew in place, then centerpunched thru the setscrew hole to mark a spot on the axle nut/head. Removed the cap and gave both ends a serious dimple with the hammer/punch. Reposition the cap so you can see the locating divot, then run your setscrew in. With the single screw set into the divot I created and locktited in place, mine aren't going anyplace.

Nice work, by the way.

I could do that, not sure what to charge for them?? I know I've seen some at my dealership for $85 a set, dont need that much, anybody have any suggestions on price? $50? I dont know. Another thing, i'll need to know the model and year of the bike so i can find out axle and axle nut size since they are all different. (ex. made a set for my 09 sb, an 07 sb and an 05 softail standard and they were all completely different!) If anybody wants some just shoot me a PM and ill get back to ya. Thanks
