I have an 07 Dyna and run Fuelpak on my bike with slipon mufflers. I made a discovery that the other day while playing with the settings. I was running map # 0604 with 23 being either 15-or 16. When I would shift or let off it popped on these settings. Playing I changed #23 to 18 and guess what , no more popping. I figured doing this would leave the fuel on a little longer and the popping was because the fuel was cut off to soon. This worked for me.

I'm glad that it worked for you.
The popping is actually a build up in fuel in the exhaust pipe that ignites. When you shift or "let off", the extra fuel exits the cylinder and goes into the exhaust pipe.

This was discussed awhile back, you can also run it at 50 and that works too. That's what I've been running for about a year now.
