I guess they all are a little over priced, except that they friggin' WORK!

Agreed! My Dyna is great and the old Glide as well. My favourite Harley specialist reckons it is the best handling dresser he has ever ridden, which for a 19 year old bike is saying something!

Alloy Art makes a stabilizer for the Dyna's. Here's some more info.

After looking at the alloy art again, I would go with the the TT or sputhe. I don't like what appears would be excess stress put on the trans pan, plus it still does not tie in the front and costs more. The TT or sputhe mount at the case seems more solid too me and they don't have as many moving pieces, no bushings and simpler in design and assembly.

They were also offering HDF members a discount. May be worth phoning them up to see if they still are. A few sweet words may be worth a few bucks off!

The Sputhe and TT kits look so similar on their websites I wonder if one of them makes both kits.

Allan Sputhe has been around HD's a looong time...I got my Sputhe mounts and an aluminum swingarm off him a few years ago and it's great stuff; judging by the results for the Tru-Trac on here, they also make a fine product.

Ah! Memories - reading about his aluminium Sportster barrels and heads! Then two Harleys with Sputhe engines were raced at the TT races on the Isle of Man in the 70s using them. I was there....

Funny; eh? you were watching HD's over there, and I was riding a BSA over here in the colonies...yeah; many memories...many more to be made, too.

Absolutely, one reason I went with the TT.
