well i want to thanks (Bosken) for the info. after i saw his frt rim and tire i wanted it and since i didnt like the feel of the skiiny 21 x 2.12 tire i had on it and espically when i blew a tire and dented the rim hitting a pothole in chicago last year on the way to milwaukee. so i upgraded to the 21 x 3.25 and i have put about 200 miles on it and love the handling, feels and handles like the 19 rim i had on it when it was stock, rather then the skinny tire i put on it when i changed to the wdg frt end. here is some before and after pics. totally changed the look of the frt of my bike. jackyl

Looks great! Back when I redid my rims the guy was trying to talk me into going wider like that. Have been wishing that I did. Even more now.

Slightly different Spec , i have gone for a 4.5" x 21" and will be slapping a Avon venom 120 on the front , pic's will follow once the bike is back together.

Whoa, that looks WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY better. Very nice man. Fills that fender very nicely. That makes a huge difference. How much did it cost to get all that done? (new rim, spokes, hub, tire or any other stuff..)

i think the wide front tire looks a lot better on the wide glide than the narrow tire

 

Looks great, going with the 120 on mine too. Should be getting it done this coming week. Hope it looks as good as yours and fits without any fender issues too.
