Default My 95" build with Dyno results

Well it took quite a while to get everthing done, but I think it was worth it. This was my first engine build and I think it turned out pretty good. Here are some of the specs.

95" SE flat tops
ported heads 1.90 int. 1.625 exh. 9.8:1
Andrews 37G cams
SE cam plate with high volume oil pump
SE tapered adjustable pushrods
42mm Mikuni carb
Welded crank, timken bearing upgrade

Here are a couple pics of the build
Some assembly pics

Welded crank and Torrington inner cam bearings

SE cam plate and gear drives

SE flat tops

Heads

Dyno sheets. I took it to Valley Racing for the tune.

How Schweeeeet it is !! Great photos and dyno curves. The guys on CVO 110's thinkin' they are on hot Harleys are in for a very sad surprise if they try to give you a run.

Well, I yanked my crank and then I had it welded up and thrown back in the cases by www.Larrysmotorcyclemachine.com He also did the head work and bored the jugs

How do those 110's run? Any idea on the HP? I have no idea. I figured it would give 'em troubles, but don't know how much. I have a feeling that they might suspect a thing or two by the new shift light, oil pressure gauge and now new extra deep tone of the exhaust.

While I had the bike down, I also added a hayden auto primary tensioner<Highly recommended! and lowered it with 12" progressives and a drop in kit in the front. It was a very expensive winter!!

There ya go, posting pics of bare jugs and exposing your crank....

I'm wanting to do the same thing to my bottom end.... probably next winter.... trued and welded crank, timken conversion, SE compensator. Followed later by some work to the upper end.
