Hey guys,

I really miss the apes I use to have on my RoadGlide and I'm thinking about going with a set of 14" Wild1 Chubby's for my fatbob. The stock FB bars aren't very comfortable for me so I think another set of apes are in order. I know it is blasphemy for the fb guys to go to anything but drags on here but I'm thinking about giving them a try. Anyone else here running apes on a FB? I'm using the bike mostly for riding around town and short day trips(less than 300 miles a day).....anything longer than that and I'm usually on the Ultra.

 

Here are two pics of Fat Bob's. One has mini apes. They look pretty cool and comfortable. Neither one are mine.

I think the apes look pretty cool. The mini apes aren't my cup 'o tea. Here is another pic.

yeah i have been waiting to get mine for a while.. Wanted to make sure i get the right length risers and apes.. down to either 1.5" or 2" risers an 14" or 16" Apes..

Yes, this guys bike is the SHIZ-NIZZLE. I am not sure what the bars are called but these are THE bars for a Fat Bob. Try and find more pics of this guys bike, I know I saw others on here that show the bars from different angles.

 

His apes came from http://www.brcustomcycles.com/Ape_Hangers.php They make the sickest apes I've seen. Kinda expensive though....
