The parts guys at my dealer know me by name, but then again I ask for some pretty obscure parts some times...

I think the guys at the dealer just get worn down by having to just order stuff out of the Kury catalog and answering the same 4 questions all the time.

they are cheaper(indies),but even if they were not.i would still support my local indy.get in good with the local shop.i have been in a pinch a few times and he would open the shop up on his off days just to get me back on the road.now that's service.try getting that service at the chromosexual shop
