Default Softail exhaust on a Dyna?

Has anyone tried to do this before. I've found an exhaust that I think would look really good on my Bob, but it's not available for a Dyna. It seems that a lot of really cool looking exhausts are only made for softails.

I would think the rear mounting would be an issue. Softails mount rigid to the frame since the engine don't bounce around like it's out of control

Yeah, I know they mount differently, but I was wondering if there is a way around that.

Sure. Add a section from the softail mount of the pipes to the dyna mounting point, as in an adapter. Can't see it not working, but don't know how clean it would look.

About the only real issue is where the rear pipe makes the bend to the rear. It may or may not block access to your dipstick.

Ahhh...had not thought of that. But that's why I'm asking.
